- $65 for 2 adults, so bring your sister, best friend, nanny, or spouse. Both names must be registered at the time of booking.
- Light refreshments will be provided.
- Parenting Workshop Rule: This is a judgment free zone, where parenting is viewed as a journey and about progress, not perfection.
Join us for “Tips for Taming Tantrums for All Ages” workshop, where you’ll gain practical tools to help manage and deescalate tantrums—whether it’s toddler meltdowns or teen blowups. You’ll leave with strategies to bring calm to the chaos at home. Join Nicole Estes, founder of Parent Collaborative, an educator and mother, with over 25 years experience, in this fun-filled, practical workshop!
For Kids Yoga with Grateful Advantages
- This is optional and not required for parents to attend the workshop.
- Children ages 4 and up (and must be potty trained)
- Spaces are limited and group size will be 20 maximum.
- Yoga mats will be provided
- Bring a water bottle and a snack/lunchbox.

- For ages 4 and up, while you’re learning, your child will embark on a yoga adventure! Through music, games, and storytelling, they’ll stretch, move, and explore mindfulness, ending with the ultimate relaxation. Ms. Amy Desiderio is sure to take them on a fun journey. If you choose to participate, please provide a snack & water for your child!
Meet Grateful Advantages: Amy Desiderio, owner and instructor at Grateful Advantages, has been actively practicing yoga for 15 years and is a certified teacher of young children and children with special needs for over 29 years. Her passion for positive behavior and Conscious Discipline (a self-regulation program which in part uses breathing techniques) lead her to become certified in teaching yoga to children of all ages. Kids Yoga develops strength and balance, builds concentration and focus and improves self- regulation skills and self esteem. Your child will journey into the world of yoga through music, games, and stories, ending with the ultimate relaxation!
Note: All children attending the yoga class must be at least 4 years old and potty trained.
